The ‘Leaner Lasso’ as it will now be know will have a selection of features built to enhance the learning experience. These features however will need to be implemented in such a way that the predominantly young, novice users will be able to interact with ease. with this in mind i have decided to follow a more straight forward approach. The Learner Lasso will not be a complete student resource package but instead a streamlined learning aid. Think Ipod in relation to Imac. This will allow the device to be physically smaller, whilst retaining some specific functionality. Specifically keeping students updated on faculty developments and keeping track of/advancing learner progress.
Standard features so far will be;

Video/Audio recording/playback of lectures/events
Note recording ability.

Procrastination Prevention (alarms, warnings, and mentor feedback)
